How to activate the law of attraction to achieve your greatest dreams?
“Your brain works effortlessly to achieve statements you give your unconscious mind and when those statements are affirmations of images of your goals, you are destined to achieve them.”- Jack Canfield
As Jack Canfield, America's #1 Success Coach, and founder of the billion-dollar book brand Chicken Soup for the Soul explains here, our thoughts and statements are creating what we experience in life. Since our unconscious mind is always listening and reacting, thinking the right thoughts and saying the right words is crucial.
Understanding and learning to consciously implement the power of our thoughts is a vital and necessary component to accomplishing and achieving our most sought after dreams and goals.
Remember, we are what we think we are and we become what we say. When you establish the belief that something will happen, the vibrational frequency of the power of thought, more specifically the emotion that these thoughts create and ignite, will attract precisely that which is believed.
Your whole existence, everything that is, and everything that you experience in your day to day life is brought about by Universal Law of Attraction. In fact, OUR thoughts are the initial unseen seeds that determine the outcomes that we will experience in the physical realm.
We really do have the power within to create the life that we want for ourselves. By developing an understanding of this simple principle, we can then go to work on restructuring and implementing the power of our thoughts to create what we want in our lives.
Our subconscious mind accepts what is impressed upon it by our thoughts or what we consciously believe. Quite simply, whatever our conscious mind believes and accepts, the subconscious mind takes as an instruction and proceeds to manifest that thought in our lives and bring it into our reality through universal law and it does not reason and judge like your conscious mind.
Let's take a slightly more in-depth look now at what happens to our thoughts and this creative ability. The thoughts that you think about the most (your predominant thoughts) are created by your conscious mind, which then creates an electro chemical reaction in the brain. These reactions (vibrations) open neuro pathways for the vibrations to travel through the brain.
As they travel, they are activating additional brain cells, which create an intensified electrochemical reaction or vibration.
When the thought (vibration) is repeated, the brain then attaches an emotion to it, which further intensifies the vibration and even more brain cells are attracted to it. This intensified vibration is then sent to and absorbed into the incredibly sophisticated part of you, your subconscious mind, which stores and immediately begins to act upon the information received
Your subconscious mind does not differentiate between right and wrong, true or false, good or bad. It only acts as a storage device and holds precisely what it is given. Based on the information received (frequency vibrations), it then goes to work to match those vibrations, based on their frequency and joins with, or is attracted by vibrations of an equal frequency
This is what creates and shapes your world or reality. This is why it is so important to become conscious of and clearly understand the power of your thought and to become consciously aware of what YOUR thoughts are attracting into your world.
Our mind responds strongly to visual stimulations when we represent our goals with pictures and images. We actually strengthen and stimulate our emotions and our emotions are the vibrational energy that activates the law of attraction. The saying that a picture is worth thousands words certainly holds true here so, it is very important to illustrate our dreams and your goals visually.
Creating a vision board is probably a great idea to record the images we want to create for our future. It is a tangible presentation of our dreams, our goals and our ideal life.
To create a vision board, start by finding the pictures that symbolize the experiences, feelings and possessions you want to attract into your life and place them on your board. Include a picture of yourself that was taken when you were happy so it could bring back the good and joyous memories. Then, post your affirmations, inspirational word quotations and any thoughts that uplift you and make you feel good. Write words like love, courage and perseverance that have good energy and make you feel uplifted.
You can use your vision board to illustrate the words and dreams in all areas of your life or just in one specific area where you want to focus on. Keep it neat and be selective on what you want to place on our vision board. Be organized and avoid creating clutter or creating a chaotic board because you don’t want to attract chaos in your life!
Spend everyday visualizing, affirming and internalizing those goals by looking at your board and by feeling the emotions that go through your mind and body as if they have been realized and you are experiencing them. The time you spend visualizing just before bed is especially powerful because the thoughts and images that are present in your mind during the last 45 minutes of sleep are the ones that replay themselves in your subconscious mind throughout the night. Those images that stay with you will help to create your vibrational match for the future you desire that day and in the future.
As time goes by and you begin to manifest these goals into your life, look at those images that represent your realized desires and acknowledge that the law of attraction is working in your life and feel gratitude. Keep those images on your board because they are a powerful reminder of what you’ve already consciously and deliberately attracted into your life.
It’s a great idea to create a new vision board each year because as you continue to grow, evolve and expand, your dreams are going to grow and expand as well. Keep your vision boards as a reminder of what you have purposely created in your life and cherish them as they are the chronicle of not only your realized dreams but of your growth and achievements.
